Our services are used mainly in partnership with our clients in governments, government agencies and non-profit organisations.

Program Evaluation

We systematically evaluate the ability of a government program to meet its objectives and to achieve the outcomes expected of it.  The process guides decisions on policy, funding support and program adjustment.

Performance Measurement

We use comprehensive program performance information to inform decisions on program management.

“First Line” Program Diagnostics

We apply the First Line diagnostic management consulting process to evaluate the effectiveness of program management and the individual management components.  We include any or all management components - information technology, human resources management, program strategy, business planning, operations and delivery, program reach, decision making, budgets, finance, accounting and reporting and the performance measurement processes.  We provide a diagnostic report showing how the program meets - or does not meet - accepted government program management standards.

Services Procurement

We plan and design the services procurement process.  We solicit, evaluate and select vendor proposals for the delivery of services, research projects or non-profit initiatives recognising the buyer’s discrete and explicit procurement objectives.  We use peer review panels in combination with ProGrid®, the world’s most effective proposal evaluation process.

Program Evaluation Planning

We determine what should be evaluated, when, how and by whom.

Opportunity Assessment and Priority Evaluation

Using an internal or external peer review process, adjudicating according to the highest standards of excellence, we evaluate various strategic and business opportunities and recommend those likely to be the most effective and productive for our client.
