About FORUM
FORUM is an independent firm of management consultants located in Victoria BC. We specialise in evaluations and assessments of all types for government clients, mainly in BC, Alberta, Ottawa and Yukon.
We started FORUM to bridge the gap between the major management consulting firms and the smaller independents. FORUM works with a group of highly skilled professional colleagues selected specifically for your needs, not because we happen to have them available. As well as consultants who have been there before - in some cases many times - we use well-tried specialist tools to help us rigorously evaluate the crucial but “intangible” issues inherent in assessing performance and making decisions.
Chris Jones, principal of the firm, is a Fellow of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC Canada). FORUM subscribes to CMC Canada’s Uniform Code of Professional Conduct.
Chris teaches financial management, evaluation and management consulting in the MA and MBA programs at Royal Roads University, Victoria BC.
